As Director of artist booking agency ‘Diplomats of Sound’ and renowned festival venue ‘Chai Wallahs’ Tom brings a wealth of experience from the live events and music industry to the board. Having recently completed a Masters in Environmental Management, Tom is well placed to introduce Energy Revolution’s carbon balancing to artists and agencies to help artists create a positive impact from their tour travel. In October 2017, Diplomats of Sound artist, Joss Stone, balanced 2.7 million travel miles from her Total World Tour. With the carbon footprint of touring coming predominantly from travel, reducing, calculating, and accounting for these emissions is a crucial action for artists and agents who are serious about tackling their environmental impacts.
