About ecolibrium

ecolibrium is a UK registered climate charity founded by the UK festival industry in 2015, that brings together a community of around 150 events, festivals, audiences, suppliers, artists and music companies taking action to reduce the environmental impacts of travel, the largest source of emissions from live events.

We support the industry by providing guidance on low carbon travel, and tools and resources to measure and report emissions. We also raise funds for environmental restoration through two programmes which support ecosystem protection and regeneration, and community-benefit renewable energy projects – £650,000 so far.
